If someone wants to do it, they can - the trick is that nobody wants to. By
the time they finish, Amiga will have released v5 of the OS that has all that
VP and Java crap built in :)
Just to push a point home, if someone made a decent JVM etc. then integrating
it into Voyager at least would be a peice of proverbial piss - I dare say the
same for IBrowse (although <embed> tags nuke it at present without the
unofficial patch) or AWeb (although it has no plugin API that I ever saw anyone
use)
Really, writing the JVM is the hard part, and the time consuming one, and the
one you'd really really like someone to pay you for :)
